Manages the Momentum Rahat Bond and the Momentum 2 Bond. Possesses extensive experience in leading and managing social and educational programs, with a particular focus on the Bedouin society in the south. In his current role and his previous position as the Coordinator for the Bedouin Society in the National Program for At-Risk Children and Youth (360), he successfully led all nine Bedouin municipalities, established, and managed an inter-ministerial Bedouin forum in the southern district.
He specializes in managing inter-ministerial and cross-sector partnerships, as well as overseeing budgets, multidisciplinary teams, and complex interfaces. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy from Ben-Gurion University, along with a teaching certificate in Special Education from Hemdat HaDarom College.
