Before joining the SFI Group, Tal gained experience working in local authorities and government offices in project and budget management across a wide range of fields. Tal holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Haifa, a master's degree in public policy from Tel Aviv University, and an additional master's degree in applied economics from the College of Management.
