Sveta leads the field of measurement and evaluation in the social sector at SFI Group. She specializes in applied research, measurement, and evaluation, with extensive experience in supporting public and social organizations. Sveta leads initiatives to develop theories of change, conduct evaluation studies, and embed measurement methodologies into organizational workflows and decision-making frameworks.
In her previous role at SFI Group, she led the organization's learning division, developing learning and training processes to implement data-driven management in public and social organizations. Prior to that, she managed evaluation and measurement systems as a researcher at the Henrietta Szold Institute. Additionally, Sveta has a background in managing and developing programs in education and welfare across several nonprofit organizations.
Sveta holds a Master's degree (M.A.) with honors in Organizational Consulting and a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) with honors in Sociology, Anthropology, and General History, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
