Stav Bili Piltz

Analyst, Data & Measurement

In her role as a social analyst, Stav is responsible for developing measurement tools, collecting, and processing social data to produce knowledge-based and outcome-driven insights.

Stav has diverse experience in the social sphere across the private, public, and third sectors – as an urban planner and social consultant for urban renewal projects, as an organizational development coordinator for local authorities at the Ministry of Interior, as a board member at the Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance, as a gender equality coordinator at the Hebrew University Student Union, and as a humanitarian activity coordinator at Magen David Adom in Tel Aviv.

She also has experience as a research assistant in the Department of Social Work at Tel Aviv University and as a columnist for "HaMakom Hachi Ham B'Gehenom".

Stav holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Social Work and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
