Leads the support program for the decentralization reform spearheaded by the Strategy and the Senior Citizens Administrations at the Ministry of Welfare and Social Services. This comprehensive program includes capacity building, strengthening managerial infrastructure, developing planning tools, formulating policy recommendations, and providing strategic support to senior officials at the municipal, regional, and national levels.
Before joining SFI, Roy managed the philanthropy portfolio at an Israeli family office, led the support program for homeless young adults in Tel Aviv, and established a scholarship program in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, philanthropic foundations, and local authorities.
As an alumn of the IDF’s 8200 intelligence unit with Hi-Tech experience, Roy brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, social innovation, and extensive experience in managing complex partnerships. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
