Rony leads our data and social measurement initiatives across government, local authorities, and NGOs, focusing on capacity building and developing tools and methodologies to help decision-makers enhance social services. With extensive experience in research and consulting, Rony began as a consumer behavior researcher at the "K.S. Research Institute" and later worked as a consultant at the "Shaldor" consulting firm. Subsequently, Rony joined the "Nova Project" as Head of Consulting, playing a pivotal role in establishing the data and measurement activity that later became part of the SFI group. Over the years, Rony has successfully led dozens of complex projects with top executives from Israel’s nonprofit and government sectors. Rony holds a BA with honors in Psychology and Cognition from the Hebrew University and an MSc with honors in Cognition from the University of Amsterdam.
