Rona is the Executive director of DatA-IL Innovation Community (a joint initiative with the Ministry of Economy, the National Digital Authority, and the Innovation Authority) at SFI Group. In her role, she established the community, created partnerships with the technology, academic, and public sectors, and leads the initiative's activities to develop the data and artificial intelligence ecosystem.

Prior to joining SFI, Rona served as COO (Chief Operating Officer) at DeepDAO, a startup in the data and analytics field. In this capacity, she was responsible for company growth, developing the business development department, and global sales channels.

Rona has extensive experience in management roles at leading NGOs, including serving as CEO of an NGO that assisted people living in poverty, managing a department for public activities, and leading coalitions and international projects.

Rona holds a Bachelor's degree in Photography from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yafo
