Orly Rauch

Head of Research, Measurement, and Evaluation for the STEM program

Orly is the Head of Research, Measurement, and Evaluation for the STEM program, with over 25 years of experience in research and strategic consulting. In her role, she leads the development of innovative measurement infrastructures, manages multi-sector partnerships, and analyzes data to generate actionable insights for process and outcome improvement.
Previously, Orly served as a scientific advisor at the Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine and for international pharmaceutical companies. She also managed the research and control division at the National Road Safety Authority, where she developed metrics and annual work plans to enhance road safety. Orly has extensive experience in epidemiological research and international collaborations.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and Community Medicine from the Hebrew University and a second Master’s degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Tel Aviv University.
