Noam is a research and measurement projects manager at SFI Group.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Gender Studies, and an MA in Psychology, both from Tel Aviv University. She is experienced in leadership and management in the social sector, and in implementing research and data-oriented insights into social organizations.
Previously, she has served on the board of directors of Hoshen, as a management team member in the Achva – Israel's LGBTQ+ Student Organization, a research assistant at the Israeli Institute for Gender and LGBTQ+ Research, a group facilitator and lecturer to academic, professional, and general audiences.
