Noam is a Project Manager at SFI Group.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Management and a research-based Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. As part of her thesis, she explored gender differences in attitudes toward advertisements within the field of neuromarketing.
In her previous role, Noam managed the R&D department at Ofanim, where she led content development processes, researched innovative trends in STEM education, coordinated the organization’s evaluation system, and initiated improvement processes based on data and measurement. She also served as a research assistant in the Department of Business Administration and as a teaching assistant at the College of Management.
Noam brings extensive experience in project management, research, and instruction.
