Moran manages the data field within the group and leads the development of the data strategy in local authorities and central government. Moran has extensive experience in leading data-driven change processes, system specifications, and managing implementation processes. In her previous role, Moran founded and managed the data department at the State Attorney’s Office. Moran is a lawyer, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Public Policy (Executive Program), with honors, both from the Hebrew University.
