Mor is an international relations scholar specializing in computational textual analysis. She holds a PhD in International Relations from Hebrew University, an MSc in Global Politics from the London School of Economics, and has advanced training in big data management, computational research methodologies, and complex political data analysis.
As a faculty member in the Department of Political Studies at Bar-Ilan University, Dr. Mitrani led the development of a platform for analyzing diplomatic discourse at the UN. In this capacity, she developed methodologies that combine theoretical knowledge with advanced analytical tools to generate data-driven insights, computational frameworks for cross-language pattern detection and sentiment analysis, and managed large-scale research grants while leading multidisciplinary research teams. In addition to her research activities, she developed and taught advanced courses in research methodology and political data analysis that combine theory with practical application, and mentored researchers in advanced research and analysis methodologies.
Currently, in her role as Director of Learning and Training at SFI, Mor leads the development of data-driven training programs and innovative methodologies for knowledge transfer in the public and social sectors.
