Maya is a Project Manager in the Data and Measurement department at the SFI Group, specializing in coordinating and managing projects, developing performance metrics, collecting, cleansing, and analyzing data, and collaborating with system developers and BI experts. Her experience also includes financial and budget management, writing comprehensive specification documents, and conducting professional reviews. In her previous roles, Maya managed the fields of knowledge and operations at Nova, worked at the headquarters of "The Women's Courtyard" NGO, and led educational and social projects at "HaNoar HaOved VeHalomed" youth movement. Maya holds a BA with honors in Sociology, Anthropology, and Gender Studies, and an MA with high honors in Gender Studies, both from Tel Aviv University.
