Ilil Davidov is a VP in SFI with over 20 years of experience in the business, public, and social sectors, holding various roles that integrate initiative and project management, business development, leading partnerships, and developing tailored tools and solutions to create social and business added value.

Before joining SFI, she designed and led the strategy and partnerships for an educational technology initiative at the Appleseed nonprofit organization, called MAKES. Prior to that, she served as a senior division manager in the Employment Service, where she played a key role in driving large-scale organizational change, promoting innovation processes, and adapting the organization to the evolving world of work. She was involved in developing solutions to address labor market gaps, leading and managing cross-organizational transformation processes in collaboration with employers and partners, while defining success metrics and control mechanisms for work processes.

Ilil also worked for 15 years in the business sector, holding various positions that included managing strategic clients, overseeing profit units, and leading teams in the fields of recruitment, employment solutions, and human resources.

She holds MA in Organizational Sociology and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the Hebrew University
