Hilit Sagie is an Investor Relations, Philanthropy, and Marketing Manager at The SFI Group, with experience across strategic communications, consulting, government affairs, and cross-sector partnerships.

Prior to joining SFI, Hilit worked as a consultant at a consultancy agency, advising organizations on communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement. She served as a Senior Associate at an American–Israeli NGO, where she led government affairs initiatives with politicians and senior government officials, and coordinated high-level stakeholder delegations.

Her career began in media and public communications during her service in the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit, followed by a focus on foreign relations at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C. She later joined the world of political communications as a spokeswoman for a Member of Knesset in Israel’s 20th Knesset, and has since worked as a media consultant for a range of companies and NGOs.

Hilit holds a BA with honors in Communications, Conflict Resolution, and European Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and an MBA specializing in Impact from The Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo.
