Hila manages data projects in the Data and Measurement Department at SFI, specializing in developing data strategies and data-driven workflows for the public sector. She previously led innovation and digitization initiatives, as well as business development efforts, at the Acre Municipality, gaining extensive experience in driving innovation and digitization processes within local government, building cross-sector partnerships, and designing and implementing technological solutions.

Hila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management (Summa Cum Laude) as part of the "Cadets for Local Government" program and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

She demonstrates an entrepreneurial, research-driven, and analytical mindset, with a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact in the public and social sectors.
