Adi Ben Gal Levy leads the learning domain in the organization, a role in which she is responsible for developing learning and training processes aimed at improving data-driven management in various public and social organizations.
Previously, she served as a Senior Director of Social Services at the Ministry of Welfare, where she was responsible for improving social services, providing professional training and guidance to ministry units, and promoting data-driven and results-oriented work.
Adi is a graduate of the Cadets for Civil Service Program, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Hebrew University. Additionally, she holds a certification in group facilitation.
Adi brings extensive experience in the public sector, with a strong emphasis on improving organizational processes and integrating data-driven work in social and public organizations.
