Developing an organizational index for the Edmond de Rothschild Partnerships which allows the group to monitor and evaluate the success of its leadership program in reducing social disparity. As part of the process, measurement and data collection tools were developed. As the stated goal of this program is that graduates will gain influence and work to close social gaps in Israel, an in-depth analysis was conducted. The SFI Group guided the organization in fine-tuning success metrics, developing the index and data collection tools, guiding the organization in the information collection process, and finally in analyzing and processing the data to accurately reflect the impact potential of project graduates.
The organizational index was implemented as a routine measurement tool for the organization and assists in the organization's decision-making processes in its work with graduates.
