The Mefathim Career Impact Bond is a joint project of SFI, the Israel Innovation Authority, and Mefathim. The program trains ultra-Orthodox, Haredi men for careers in high-tech professions and prepares them for the secular work environment. Mefathim has developed a unique learning method that simulates the "chavruta" learning of ultra-Orthodox yeshivas to teach science, mathematics, and programming.
