A Career Impact Bond project to train young Druze men and women in high-tech professions (software and hardware), in collaboration with the Appleseeds Association. The program places graduates in relevant jobs. Program participants repay the training cost to impact investors after they start working in the field and earn above-average salaries.

40 participants completed the training and most are working in the high-tech sector. Placement efforts are being made, and an individual intervention program has been built for participants who are still looking for placement.
