The Project

Supporting the local authority's early childhood director in characterizing data needs around making managerial decisions related to various content areas under early childhood (ages birth-3). The project's outputs include a strategic dashboard that is a significant tool in the field's ongoing work, standardization of existing data sources, development of payer collection tools, and establishment of work routines with relevant officials in the authority.

The Impact

The municipality will have the ability to make decisions that are better tailored to its managerial needs, thereby creating more customized responses for young children and their parents, as well as for educational staff in the city’s frameworks.
