Government

We believe that the government is the most significant and influential entity in shaping social policy and providing fundamental services to the people. We, invite various government ministries to work with us and together lead groundbreaking initiatives that will result in measurable social and economic impact. Our management approach is based on in-depth research, examining existing programs and models from around the world, helping us plan and execute data-driven strategies and measurement methods to manage outcomes-oriented projects.

Working with an outcomes-based payment format requires payment only when measurable, positive results are achieved. This encourages innovation and flexibility in service delivery while creating standardization in service quality and data collection and management. Our partnerships with government agencies are based on strategic goals, allocated budgets, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of the social sector in Israel. We are committed to understanding and advancing what works and is effective, constantly innovating, and providing the government with the most efficient methods of operation.

We begin the process by conducting feasibility studies for government ministries using outcomes-based tools for the social issue they are addressing. This work includes conducting comparative research both in Israel and abroad, accompanied by an operational model that serves as a pilot, containing both intermediate and final outcome measures. Depending on the appropriate method and the social issue, a specialized team is chosen to implement the model and manage the program. Additionally, we are responsible for recruiting program participants and creating a multi-stakeholder ecosystem connecting the public and social sectors along with civil society organizations that act as operators in the field. At the end of the process, we commit to creating quality work procedures for the ministry, enabling national-scale initiatives for the target population and similar groups. The intellectual property created in such a process always remains with the government.
