The SFI Group collaborates with stakeholders in the public, private, philanthropic, and governmental sectors to address social challenges and instigate effective, measurable, and sustainable social change. We operate in various ways: joint ventures, results-based financial models, partnerships, consulting processes, courses and training, process support, and more. SFI provides diverse impact solutions for all sectors.
We invite you to work with us to drive meaningful change across Israeli society.
We believe that the government is the most significant and influential entity in shaping social policy and providing fundamental services to the people. We, invite various government ministries to work with us and together lead groundbreaking initiatives that will result in measurable social and economic impact. Our management approach is based on in-depth research, examining existing programs and models from around the world, helping us plan and execute data-driven strategies and measurement methods to manage outcomes-oriented projects.
Working with an outcomes-based payment format requires payment only when measurable, positive results are achieved. This encourages innovation and flexibility in service delivery while creating standardization in service quality and data collection and management. Our partnerships with government agencies are based on strategic goals, allocated budgets, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of the social sector in Israel. We are committed to understanding and advancing what works and is effective, constantly innovating, and providing the government with the most efficient methods of operation.
We begin the process by conducting feasibility studies for government ministries using outcomes-based tools for the social issue they are addressing. This work includes conducting comparative research both in Israel and abroad, accompanied by an operational model that serves as a pilot, containing both intermediate and final outcome measures. Depending on the appropriate method and the social issue, a specialized team is chosen to implement the model and manage the program. Additionally, we are responsible for recruiting program participants and creating a multi-stakeholder ecosystem connecting the public and social sectors along with civil society organizations that act as operators in the field. At the end of the process, we commit to creating quality work procedures for the ministry, enabling national-scale initiatives for the target population and similar groups. The intellectual property created in such a process always remains with the government.

In addition to the national government, local authorities play a central role in promoting better and more effective social and public services in Israel. At the SFI Group, we assist local authorities in developing results-based payment models, building data strategies, and updating databases, as well as training and building abilities for teams and managers. Our team is well-versed in the work processes of local governance and knows how to provide professional responses to its unique challenges.
Our work with local authorities is often funded philanthropically or by governmental funds. In these cases, we issue open, public calls on our website and social media channels. Applications are then prioritized and the most suitable local authorities are selected. We publish several calls for data strategy development in specific sectors annually, these include senior citizens, people living with disabilities, employment, small businesses, and more. We work with the teams leading the projects at the local authorities from the moment they define the challenges and metrics, through mapping information sources within the municipality, developing data collection tools, and finally building and updating databases and data-driven work routines.

We believe that NGOs have the ability to lead change and serve as implementers in the social sector. We offer NGOs consultation and support in developing measurement strategies and data (effective results, impact), in developing logical data models and results-oriented thinking tools, in actual measurement of social change, in socio-economic modeling of the value of activity or field in which the organization operates, and in managerial excellence.
Our work is conducted according to the organization's needs and budget, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges of the social sector in Israel. We are highly experienced in creating value with limited resources and know what is important to employees and managers in NGOs. Consulting and support processes for civil society organizations can be short-term or ongoing and lead to various outputs: quantitative research, dashboard design, embedding results, and data-based work practices, measuring social service results, preparing an impact report for the organization, evaluating alternatives, and SROI (social return on investment) tools for various activity areas. Additionally, tailored workshops for the organization can be arranged. Our annual data leaders training program for NGOs opens once a year.
We recommend that every social organization works to obtain the "Midot Seal of Effectiveness", a unique method we developed based on globally accepted assessment and ranking tools. Additionally, we offer workshops and training for teams and management and invite civil society organizations to join the DatA.IL community to be part of promoting cross-sectoral work for public data accessibility and embedding AI-based work.
Social organizations can also be our execution partners in operating social bonds, enabling them to engage in large-scale collaborations with government bodies.

We advise private investors, philanthropic foundations, and organizations interested in diversifying their investment or philanthropy portfolios by building an impact investment strategy and accompanying the investment process, including deal flow creation, due diligence, joint investment management, and impact measurement. Simultaneously, the SFI Group works with investment bodies to raise funds for the group's impact investment tools.
The SFI Group offers advisory and support services for creating tools and deals in the impact investment sector. We specialize in formulating impact investment strategies for investors, donors, business accelerators, consultants, and organizations aiming to maximize social change on one hand and financial returns on the other. Our expertise includes formulating impact investment strategies and promoting funds in the field according to accepted methodologies worldwide, with a focus on financial modeling that centers on quantitative and transparent social impact measurement and maximization.
Additionally, we raise impact investments for Social and Career Impact Bonds addressing social challenges in Israel. We work with investors from Israel and abroad, striving to provide attractive returns alongside measurable results leading to social change. We assist private investors, family offices, funds, foundations, banks, institutional investors, and other entities to enrich their investment portfolios with impact-focused investments.

We believe that smart philanthropy is key to leading social change, innovation, and cross-sector collaboration. We invite philanthropic partners to join us in supporting groundbreaking initiatives and being part of the implementation of an outcomes-based philanthropy approach, rooted in a deep commitment to identifying and embedding effective models. This way, we help donors be part of the funding revolution in the social sector and collaborate with impact investors and the government in blended finance models to leverage and amplify their impact.
We advise philanthropic foundations to implement processes of consulting and support in developing measurement strategies and data analysis strategies, in conducting quantitative research, in socio-economic modeling of the activity's value or field, and if necessary, in evaluating activity alternatives, including cost-benefit analysis and SROI.
Our group also offers support and embedding practices of blended finance, combining philanthropy and impact investments, as well as assistance in establishing or managing impact funds and renewable philanthropy funds. We offer workshops and training for teams and management and invite philanthropic partners to join the DatA.IL community and be part of promoting cross-sectoral work for public data accessibility and embedding AI-based work.
