SFI Group is a social organization dedicated to advancing outcome-based public and social work. The Data and Measurement Department supports local authorities, government social services, and social organizations in designing and implementing measurement and data strategies, evaluating programs, conducting social research, and building capacity for data-driven decision-making.

Strong candidates will have research experience in the social sciences and expertise in leading outcome-oriented processes, developing metrics, designing measurement tools, and implementing complex social program evaluation processes.

Position details:
* 60%-100% position
* Hybrid work model – based in Tel Aviv, with fieldwork and remote work

Required Skills and Experience:
* Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Economics, Education, Statistics, etc.). A Master’s/PhD is a significant advantage.
* Experience in applied social research/consulting, leading outcome-oriented processes, developing metrics, designing measurement tools, and conducting program evaluations.
* Experience from a leading research institute – advantage.
* Experience in preparing presentations and policy documents.
* Experience in leading projects and consulting processes with clients.
* Ability to locate, process, and analyze information from international sources, databases, and research.
* Proficiency in Office Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Additional experience with data, statistical, and BI tools (SPSS, R, Power BI, Python, etc.) is an advantage.
* High-level proficiency in Hebrew, English, and Arabic.
